With more than 10 years’ experience in banking, Janni is currently working as a Business Analyst in Jyske Bank in the customer insight and pricing department.
Janni has worked intensively with pricing strategies including price setting, governance, price leakage and price reporting. Coming from the pricing world, Janni has experienced a natural conversion to gain more and more customer insight from the out-side-in and use it to design products and pricing structures.
Her focus is on turning the value chain towards customer centricity where customer insights are derived from the value created from the customer experience during their respective journeys. The purpose is to create the building blocks for a profitable pricing structure and a sustainable business model, where regulatory and digital changes will challenge or even commoditize the traditional banking services.
Janni holds an M.Sc in Finance and International Business.
